Engineer Mohamed Abdel Wahed
When I founded Jenin, I believed that the Egyptian market needed an entity that combines speed with precision, and transparency with efficiency. We did not wait for opportunities; we created them ourselves. We advanced step by step, moving from supply works to integrated real estate development.
Today, we are not here to redefine contracting alone, but to redefine the very relationship between place and people.

Jenin Developments was established in 2017 and, within just a few years, succeeded in gaining a leading and distinguished position among contracting companies in the Egyptian market — backed by bank certifications, financing companies, and the trust of its partners and clients.
The company initially specialized in small-scale supply works, then developed steadily into an integrated entity combining real estate development and engineering execution. Today, Jenin undertakes land acquisition, design, construction, implementation, and delivery.

Establishment of Al-Madina Company:
Founded Al-Madina as an individual enterprise by Engineer Mohamed Abdel Wahid.
2008
Participation in national housing projects in cooperation with the Egyptian Ministry of Housing and Orascom.
2011
Implementation of quarry and aggregate crushing operations.
2013
Construction of ready-mix concrete plants with full execution and operation.
2014
Participation in sustainable road projects in cooperation with the General Authority for Roads.
2017
Founded Jenin based on merging several specialized companies into one integrated entity focused on contracting and sustainable development.
2019
Wadi El Natrun Rehabilitation Center -
Participation in the construction of the Wadi El Natrun Correction & Rehabilitation Center.
2020
Badr Rehabilitation and Reform Center
Execution of the construction of the Badr Correction & Rehabilitation Center for the benefit of the Ministry of Interior.
2022
Execution of the Security Assistants Institute project in October 6th City for the benefit of the Ministry of Interior, in addition to works for the Peace Forces.
2023
Execution of the “Al-Khamayel” housing project for police officers
2024
Establishment of Jenin Real Estate Development Company as a natural extension for the growth and expansion of the corporate entity’s activities.

Execution of works in the “Capital Gardens” project in the New Capital.

Long Beach & Grand Gouna Projects
Execution of the “Long Beach” compound project in Hurghada and the “Grand Gouna” project in El Gouna.
