Electrical Site Engineer
Function: Engineering – Electrical / Construction
Location: Hurghada, Egypt (Project Site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Assist in the supervision and execution of electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards. Support senior engineers and contribute to the successful delivery of project activities.
Key Responsibilities

Support in supervising and monitoring electrical works (power distribution, lighting, cabling, low current, grounding, panels, etc.).

Assist in reviewing construction/shop drawings and material submittals.

Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other engineering teams to avoid conflicts.

Conduct inspections under the guidance of senior engineers to verify compliance with project requirements.

Prepare daily site reports, document work progress, and highlight issues.

Ensure all electrical activities follow safety regulations and environmental guidelines.

Provide technical support to electricians and subcontractors.

Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover activities of electrical systems.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

0–3 years of experience in construction/electrical site supervision.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems (power, lighting, LV/MV, low current).

Familiarity with electrical codes and standards (NEC, IEC, IEEE, etc.) is a plus.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Senior Mechanical Site Engineer
Function: Engineering – Construction
Location: Hurghada, Egypt (Project Site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Lead and oversee mechanical works on-site, ensuring project activities are executed with high quality, within budget, and on schedule. Act as the main technical authority for mechanical systems and provide guidance to junior engineers, subcontractors, and technicians.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise, plan, and monitor all mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, piping, equipment installation).

Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

Ensure mechanical works comply with design specifications, codes, and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, etc.).

Inspect and approve delivered materials and on-site installations.
-
Lead site testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
-
Prepare detailed reports on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Mentor and supervise junior site engineers to ensure knowledge transfer.

Enforce strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).

7–10 years of proven experience in mechanical site supervision within construction projects.

Strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
-
In-depth knowledge of international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, etc.).

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
